items.all
Hold every item of a list to a bar: ticked, done or N/A, specific, cited.
Captain: A ticked box is a promise. Show me the work behind it.

Examples
items. all=checked
Require every box to be checked — e.g. a pre-merge checklist that must be fully completed. An unchecked item ending in (N/ (the item does not apply here) counts as honestly disposed.

items. all=done-or-na
Require every item to be honestly disposed — done (checked, with evidence) or N/A (the item does not apply, with a reason). Work not done stays unticked as (not done: <reason>) and fails. A bare tick is an error; evidence too vague to check is a warning. The recommended successor to items.all=checked.

items. none=bare-tick
Forbid bare ticks: a checked item must record evidence (a bare tick is an error, vague evidence a warning), while an honest unchecked item, with or without (not done: <reason>), still passes. The gentler sibling of items.all=done-or-na.

<!-- mdv: endsection -->items. all=@evidence/ specific
Require every list item to be specific and checkable — verifiable claims, not token gestures. Heuristic, so it warns by default; harden with error=vague-evidence.

items. all=@evidence/ cited
Require every list item to carry a resolvable citation (link, reference, or footnote). Deterministic, so it errors by default; soften with warn=missing-citation. A true-but-uncitable claim ends with (attested: <who/ instead.
